You may use this website to view products, submit custom requests, place orders, and track your orders through the login portal. If you are under that age, you may only use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not try to harm the site, upload harmful files, or use it in any way that interferes with other customers or my business.

3. Accounts and Login Portal

You can create an account so you can keep track of your orders and check status. When you create an account or fill out a form, you agree to give accurate information (name, email, etc.). You are responsible for keeping your login details private. I may suspend or close an account if I believe it is being misused or if these Terms are violated.

4. Custom Orders and Information You Provide

When you submit a custom form, you may upload files, write a description, and share your name and email. For regular product orders we collect your name, email, payment information, and shipping details. We only use this information to fulfill your order, communicate with you, and operate the site. By uploading files or descriptions, you confirm that you own the rights to them or have permission to use them. You give us permission to use those files and descriptions only to create your custom piece. We will not use them for other purposes without your okay.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any shipping fees If needed. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it violates these Terms, if there is a pricing error, or for any other reason at my discretion. If that happens, We will notify you and refund any amount already charged.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times, costs, and rules are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms. By placing an order you agree to follow those policies.

7. Custom Handmade Nature of the Work

Every piece is handmade. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and finishes are normal and expected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website that was created (including original photos, text, logos, and designs) belongs to us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or sell any of that content without my written permission.

Some artwork and designs shown or used on this site may belong to other artists or companies. We do not claim ownership of those third party works. Any rights to those pieces remain with their original owners.

When we create a custom piece for you using files or designs you provide, you confirm that you own the rights to those files or have permission to use them. Once the piece is paid for and delivered, the physical finished piece becomes yours. However, any original designs, methods, or techniques we used to make it remain mine.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to make high quality pieces and to package them well. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using the website or from purchasing a piece. Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we operate business. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state, unless we agree otherwise.
