Shipping Policy

‍Production Time

Every piece is handmade to order.

Production takes 4–7 business days regardless of shipping method. This includes cutting, sanding, painting, and curing (finishes require a full 72 hour cure time).

Once production is complete, your order ships according to the option you selected.

United States Shipping

Standard USA Shipping is free. You will receive your order within 10-14 days with this method.

Expedited Shipping

(2-Day Air from ship date)

Expedited Shipping Rates may vary by the size of the piece due to weight shipping policies. You will receive your order within 5-10 days with this method.

Notes on U.S. Shipping

•  Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous United States only.

•  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur additional charges and longer transit times (contact me for a quote).

•  I do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or remote locations.

•  You will receive a tracking number via email once your piece ships.

•  I carefully package every piece to protect it during transit. Once the carrier scans the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

•  No expedited option is available for international orders.

•  Shipping is not free. Cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

•  Transit times vary significantly by country (typically 2–6+ weeks after shipping).

•  The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees charged by the destination country. These are never included in the shipping cost and are non-refundable.

•  International orders are final sale (see Returns & Refunds Policy).

Order Processing

•  Orders are processed in the order they are received.

•  You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once the piece leaves my studio.

•  If there is any delay in production (rare), I will contact you promptly via the email you used to purchase.

Carrier & Packaging

Pieces are packed with protective materials appropriate for wood art and finishes. We take every reasonable step to ensure safe arrival. Once the package is marked delivered by the carrier, any further issues (theft, weather exposure after delivery, etc.) are outside of our control. To avoid these issues, please require signature for delivery.
